We visited Dreams in Tulum in May/June 2007 as recommended by Blue Bay Travel, we thought the resort sounded too good to be true. After being in the resort 1 day we realised that the hotel was as good, if not better than Blue Bay travel had said. If you have children I would recommend you go as the kids club is excellent. From arrival to departure the holiday experience was 5*. We have been to many places in the world and the hospitality and service was phenoinal. If the advisor of Blue bay Travel recommend this hotel, take them up on it! Well Done

We spent 14 nights at Dreams Tulum arriving on the 03rd December, me, my partner and our children 6yrs, 8yrs. We were overwhelmed as we entered reception, they offered us glasses of champagne, cookies and juice, check-in was a pleasure. The hotel was quiet for the first week which was to our liking and a little busier the second week. After a good nights rest the boys were in the kids club before 10 the following morning, the kids club hosts were amazing to them. The only day we managed to get them out of the club was the day we visited Xel Ha & no surprises they were back at the club when we made the short journey back to the hotel. We loved the beach & the colour of the ocean really made it for us. We would love to return to Dreams again the whole experience from check-in to departure was a pleasure. Thanks to everyone at Dreams & the Caribbean Warehouse for making us feel special.

We just returned from a week at Dreams Tulum which was our first experience of Mexico. The resort was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The staff were very friendly and courteous, they really work so hard. The staff are so happy all you hear is "Hola!" everywhere you walk. We're so happy we Booked with the Caribbean Warehouse, thank you for your recommendation and first class service.

The hotel had everything we expected from the internet webpage : it was immaculate, luxurious, the food was the best we have experienced but most of all the staff were incredible. Just back from Dreams Tulum with my Hubby and our friends, we had a fabulous time. The food is outstanding with great service and all the staff were so nice. I would recommend this hotel to families or couples wanting the real riviera maya...We loved it, Thank You Kevin.

My boyfriend and I spent a week in november at Dreams Tulum. We loved the mexican hacienda style through the resort, very beautiful mexican squares with fountains. The rooms were lovely and the resort was so clean, the staff was so friendly. We cant wait to go back!
