FAQs

Is there a dress code at Almond Resorts?

The tropical climate and relaxed atmosphere of Barbados lend themselves nicely to casual attire. Shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men are required to wear shirts with sleeves in all restaurants. After 6 pm, nice casual attire is suggested (no shorts or shorts ensembles).

What currency is accepted at the Almond Resort properties?

Legal tender in Barbados is the Barbados Dollar. Credit cards, travelers cheques and US currency are accepted virtually everywhere on the island.

Do I need a special adapter for the electrical sockets in my room?

Electric current and power sockets are the same as in the US. The electricity in Barbados is 110 voltage.
