Your Cheat Sheet for The Club Barbados: More Chill, More Skill, More Thrill

03/04/2015Tom

We know how much you love a good adults-only escape. It’s the best way to get some true peace and quiet in an otherwise busy world. We also know how much you love Barbados, proceeded by its reputation for laid-back living and chilled out attitude.

If you think combining the two holiday ethics would make for some far-out holidaymaking, you’d be right on the money. The Club Barbados does exactly that: the calm sophistication of an adults-only escape flavoured with undeniable Bajan charisma.

Many of the team at Blue Bay HQ have had the pleasure of visiting The Club Barbados, and we’d love to share some of our insights with our fellow Holidaymakers.

More chill

If you want to bliss out and keep your worldly worries at bay, The Club Barbados should be right at the top of your list. A swish piano bar, a freshwater Jacuzzi, and a super rad spa give you loads of chilled out options for some quality relaxation. To be honest, mere words are not enough – so it’s a good job that we have a televisual testament from our Barbados InFocus sessions.

Bonus tip: What’s this “InFocus” lark? It’s your travel guide for the 21st century, beautifully delivered through the medium of video. Watch our Club Barbados video and you’ll get the gist:

You’ll get to try your hand at preparing some of the classic dishes from Enid’s Restaurant and pocket the recipes for your own home cooking. We certainly had fun when we gave it a go:

More thrill

The staff at The Club Barbados are full to the seams with sunshine, and they’re more than happy to help you out with whatever you need. Alongside the first-rate dining and drinks services, they’re happy to help you arrange all the tours and excursions your heart desires to make the most of your time in Barbados – everything from turtle swims to a shopping binge.

Bonus tip: If you’re a previous guest at The Club Barbados you might recognise a familiar face in our Ostins Fish Fry video. If you’re in the neighbourhood, Oistins Fish Fry is must. Here’s why:
