Hard Rock Hotel getaways are certainly ones to remember! Hard Rock Hotel Cancun lived up to the Hard Rock buzz that I’d heard about. From young children and teenagers to couples and groups of friends, all types of holidaymaker were kept entertained. By day there were a whole host of activities round by the pool at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun; water aerobics, volleyball, and Zumba, to name a few. The Zumba did quite often turn into a dance off! You can choose to jump straight involved with any of the activities, or equally sit by and watch fellow Holidaymakers lap up the good times. The entertainment team were enthusiastic and warmly welcomed everyone to get involved. Don’t worry, they only ask once so there’s no pressure to dive straight in. Unless you want to, of course!
My personal favourite was the weekly foam party hosted in the pool on Wednesdays. Holidaymakers of all ages joined in the fun having a good old splash around in the foam. There were inflatables, great music, a top atmosphere and plenty of foam! With the atmosphere at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, I was never short of entertainment! When quiet time beckons, there are peaceful sun worshipping spots where you can chill out undisturbed. Or better yet, you can head to the beach which is just on your doorstep.
Cancun Night Life
By night the entertainment at Hard Rock Hotel Cancun kept on going. The resort was buzzing with something for all Holidaymakers. For me, having a taste of the night-life in Cancun was a must. I love to get out my dancing shoes and have a great time. The vast variety of clubs in Cancun means that all music tastes are catered for. The cheeky added bonus is that the centre of Cancun is only a 10 minute taxi journey from the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun. Top tip #1: the night life gets busy at around 11pm so be there to welcome the crowds as they come for a good time!
The City nightclub is the place to be for a Friday night with friends. The City only opens once a week and I had to check it out. I can confirm it’s worth a visit! As the largest nightclub in Cancun with a capacity of almost 5000 people. But don’t be put off, it makes for a top atmosphere! Another hotspot to visit is the legendary Coco Bongos. A nightclub that hosts flying acrobats, video entertainment, amazing special effects and much, much more. Not to mention the confetti, streamers and balloons over the crowds. Top tip #2: Try out VIP tickets; you get a great view of everything that is going on. Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, thanks for an epic time!
