What an amazing holiday we have just come back from, Caitlin booked and took care of everything. The hotel was amazing the flights were really good times and we didn't have to do a thing, Caitlin saw to everything and even contacted us once home to make sure everything was OK and went to plan, thank you so much Caitlin I would highly recommend booking with her, she even got us the cheapest and best deals. Thank you !!!

First Class Service! Rebecca Bagnoli is my consultant and she has been amazing. Having booked 2 holidays this year for me. She was so knowledgeable, totally understood what i wanted (and didnt want!) and provided holiday options in line with my criteria. She was patient with my many questions, knowledgeable and offered a really friendly service. Some lovely little personal and thoughtful touches too which just make the whole holiday booking and post booking experience first class. Our holiday to Alicante was spot on and just what we needed, great location and fab hotel. We are off to Bali in a few weeks with 3 stops and she has planned the whole itinerary. Totally taking the stress out of me doing this myself. I would 100% recommend this service and Rebecca as a travel consultant and she will be my go to for all future holidays.
Kerry my advisor, was patient and knowledgable, and guided me through the process to book my 75th year bucket list holiday. There were a few challenges when the duplex we thought we’d booked had been taken, but Kerry was able to complete our booking for a different date. This is second time I’ve used Blue Bay Travel. Yesterday (Sunday) we needed a booking for a cruise done very very quickly as discounts were being removed by the cruise line overnight! Contacted Leighton and within minutes it was done saving us quite a lot of money. Thanks Leighton for stepping in.
