Map of Trelawny,Jamaica

A bit about Trelawny

The journey to Trelawny takes you past powerful waterfalls, jungle-clad hillsides and winding roads, to a place where Jamaica still wears the garments of its early colonial life. Formerly the hub of sugar and rum trade to Britain, Terelawny, and in particular its capital city Falmouth, is still shaped by nineteenth-century Georgian architecture and hand-crafted shop signs. That said, excellent value modern resorts are dotted along the parish's coastline, making Trelawny the best place to see past and present Jamaica resting side-by-side.
