Explorer′s Club for Kids

The Explorer′s Club for kids offers a fully-supervised children’s program with arts and crafts, games, weekly camp out adventure, big screen and movies on the beach. Daily activities open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm for kids from 3 to 12 years old. All Explorer’s Club personnel and babysitters are certified by the Mexican Red Cross. A doctor leads the certification. Babysitting is separate from the Explorer’s Club with a cost of $10 USD per hour plus a $10 additional charge for a taxicab if the babysitter needs to come to the hotel or stay after 8 pm.

Guests can now enjoy one complimentary round per person, per day at the Playa Paraiso golf course, as well as access to complimentary on-course food and beverage provided by Playa Paraiso as part of their Unlimited-Luxury® and Endless Privileges™

Reflecting the beauty of the landscape it occupies, Playa Paraiso Golf Club is the creation of world-renowned golf course architect P.B. Dye. The vertical movement and distinctive rock work are signatures of a typical P.B. Dye design. This world-class layout features conditions seen only at the best golf destinations around the world.

It is important to note that tee times and reservations must be scheduled with the resort′s concierge at least one day in advance. The concierge will then issue guests a coupon, which will grant them access to the golf course. Tee times will be subject to availability.

 

Terms & Conditions:

From now until December 23rd, 2011, guests will be offered to play one complimentary round per person, per day at Playa Paraíso golf course. The use of a cart is mandatory and there will be a charge of $49 per person in a shared cart*

• From April 4th thru December 23rd, 2011, tee times scheduled before 2:30 pm are surcharged at $40 per person, plus $49 for the cost of the cart.*
• Guests will have access to the complimentary on-course food and beverage service provided by Playa Paraíso.
• Guests must arrange their tee time in advance with the resort concierge and provide a credit card when doing so. If guests wish to cancel or reschedule their tee time, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 usd no-show penalty per person which will be charged by the hotel to the credit card they have provided. The concierge will then issue guests a coupon, which will grant them access to the golf course. Tee times will be subject to availability.
• Men's Dress Code: Collared shirts and mid-thigh (non denim) length shorts.
• Women’s Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire, no bathing suits.
• Re-rounds to be confirmed at the golf course upon availability at the end of each of the scheduled rounds with applicable charges at available tee time*.
• Non golfing riders will pay the applicable charges depending on tee time and will have access to the complimentary on-course food and beverage service provided at The Riviera Maya Golf Club.
• Shoe rentals are $15 USD per person*.
• Brand name Rental Equipment at $45 USD per person
• Driving range charges are $7 usd per small bucket and $10 for large bucket of practice golf balls*.
