Barbados is defined by its larger‐than‐life people, and they’re a nation who love expressive cuisine. Waves Barbados features three restaurants, and each celebrates the island’s unreserved passion for amazing food.
A great source of pride for Waves Barbados is its initiative to source produce locally. An agreement with local fishermen ensures the best Bajan fish are delivered from the surrounding area, which affords Waves Barbados some of the freshest seafood on the island. The resort also owns a farm, producing the majority of the fruit and vegetables the kitchen requires. Waves Barbados firmly believes that the key to amazing Caribbean cuisine is a home-grown, self-made journey to perfection, and the rewards of this philosophy are evident from the first bite.
